I didn't write this to become an author. I wrote it because I lived it. I was VP of Marketing during the Stratus Building Solutions to StratusClean transformation, and I watched what happened when clarity replaced confusion at scale.

The results were not subtle. They were measurable, compounding, and fast. And I've spent the years since trying to explain exactly why that happened, and why the same forces are at work in almost every business I've ever worked with.

I run Digilu, a marketing agency that builds trust systems for brands that need to be chosen. I created The Marketing Helix, a framework for how customers actually move. And I wrote this, which may or may not eventually become a physical book. We'll see.
